CEO of OpenAI, Sam Altman, and his partner, Oliver Mulherin, tied the knot at a seaside ceremony. Only a few guest invitees attended the secret wedding, and pictures surfacing online give us the proof. Earlier on in his life, Altman mare the bold decision of coming out. This was during his student years, which comes as a surprise to people who don’t know about his younger life. I know… Some, (pardon the pun) being mad he is part of the LGBTQ. Sam, the alt man much. But who cares? Not me.
In true summer wedding fashion, Sam Altman and Oliver Mulherin keep it beachwear. A white theme is a natural go-to, but this goes beyond the bride as the groom wears an outfit to match with the bride. Ditching the sports coats – I’m sure that’s what they’d wear, given they already went ahead and donned rice-white sneakers, with a pin option on their dress shirts. The other alternative for this would have been a much more formal dinner jacket, although the beach is too humid for them to care being overstuffed. Just look at their dinner-table pose, still lightly dressed for a breezy nightfall.
The tan pants complementing their skin tones light up the summer, as this pastel grandstands the event with a cheery foreground. It should also be noted the lack of, or invisibility of undershirts make them appear even more airy and ready to let loose. The man overseeing the ceremony and vows has appeared in khakis (by the look of its draping and creasing while he stands) accompanied by leather sandals. (Zoom in on the fourth picture).
The invitation dresscode? White dress shirt, tan pants, white plain sneakers, pins provided on entrance. Two male guests don’t strictly adhere to this, at least shirt-wise and shoe-wise. They also look like the “older guys”. Ladies serve with everybody-printed. It’s the men who look sharper, ironically, as their outfits are more limited as compared to what women’s outfits can do.
The sneakers on Altman and his partner resemble the Madewell Men’s sidewalk Low-Top Leather Sneakers. Why? They share characteristics like a longer tongue, seven rows of shoelace holes, a thick sole.
Two fashionably late guests for the empty seats. Event finalizes at the venue’s higher ground… if those chairs wood – furnish us with the necessary deets. Yeah, what they are sitting on at the diner resembles the beach chairs. And who cares for ties when there's a main one for all aboard to witness?
